These terms govern access to and use of elitehangzhou.com (the "Website"), operated by Hangzhou Elight Optoelectric Co., Ltd. (杭州亿涞光电股份有限公司), with registered office at No. 88 Shangde Street, Gaohong Town, Lin'an District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China ("the Operator", "we"). By browsing the Website you accept these terms.
1. Purpose of the Website
The Website presents the procurement and sourcing services of the Operator for European retail chains and promotional distributors. Its content is provided for general information only and does not constitute a contractual offer, a quotation, or professional advice. Any engagement, quotation or contract is agreed individually and in writing with the Operator.

All content of the Website — including texts, graphics, logos, the eLite brand and logomark, page layout and images — is the property of the Operator or of its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. 7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hangzhou, PRC. Mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to the user under the law of their country of residence remain unaffected.
